She gave him everything, and she believed in him. She risked everything for him, believing he was the one for her, but he hurt her and rejected her love. He had not capability of truly loving, ever being remorseful and without self-control. I think he strung her along and played with her, enjoyed toying with and controlling her. She was very much in love with him. She knows they could have had it all. It causes her pain to the point of not being able to breathe. Now, she wants revenge. She wants him to suffer like he made her suffer. He broke her heart, but she knows that in the end he did not just break her heart. He broke his heart too. She knows that if she leaves, he will see her and see that they could have had future of fidelity and joy.

There was not a single song on the album that did not come to life and cause all of us to relate to every emotion within their songs. They speak of the pain that accompanies the demise of a relationship. On the other hand, “Don’t Stop” provokes feelings of hope and optimism instead of wallowing in the past. The entire playlist of Rumors causes lovers to reflect upon their own past heartbreak and relate. The album’s ability to make that kind impression on a person’s heart makes it phenomenal. We all desire to be able to relate to others and to feel understood. Once we make that connection, it remains with us always.

Credibility is a very important thing for a person to have. A person that has credibility is a person who you can trust and believer in. You can have credibility for different things. All of the songs on this album relay different messages to listeners. Most songs contain a lot of pathos, call to action and more. Pathos is really prominent in certain songs such as Sorry, Formation, and Freedom. An excerpt from Sorry says: “Now you want to say you 're sorry/Now you want to call me crying/Now you gotta see me wildin '/Now I 'm the one that 's lying/And I don 't feel bad about it/It 's exactly what you get.” This displays the emotions after getting out of a relationship or during the struggles of it.
