The greatest gift that America could have given to me, has been given to me. Our president, Mr. Donald Trump is America’s Gift. The thing that I most admire about him, is the amount of work that he has put in to win the election. There are many people who dislike Trump, and against all odds, he was able to pull it off and win the election. He is now working to Make America Great Again™. One of the first reasons why Donald Trump is an inspiration to me is because of his work ethic. On June 16, 2015, Donald declared that he was running for presidency. Many people thought that it was a joke so they all made jokes. Fast forward a year and a half and Donald Trump becomes President Donald Trump. Something else that shows that Donald Trump is a
Donald J. Trump is a definition of the American success story, having set new standards of excellence in business. He however is also atypical of an autocratic leader who centralizes decision-making, and wields absolute power.
Most people would guess that a young teen like myself would be influenced the most by the hippest artist of today, the latest movie star, or maybe the team who designed the latest iPhone. Though they are very inspiring, I have been influenced by someone who is not in the twenty first century, yet his legacy and great contributions will go on for centuries. This individual is Charles Drew. Drew was an African American physician and medical researcher who made life changing developments in the medical field. He studied blood transfusions, developed effective techniques for blood storage, and applied his knowledge to develop a blood bank. Charles Drew is most inspiring to me because he was passionate, selfless, courageous, and stood
What is America’s gift to our generation? If you ask anyone in America this question, they must ponder about for a long time. Why? Because this question has a different meaning to each one of us. America’s gift may be freedom, or it may mean safety. Although, each of us may have a different answer to this question, we all owe our thanks to the same people and place: America and its veterans. Without our veterans, we would never have such as great place to live and survive in. Without America, we wouldn’t have the freedom, opportunity, and safety that we take for granted. The hardships of America’s past have brought forth a great abundance of these gifts. Our country became a great paradise, people have the key to having a great life. All
America’s Gift to my generation, when I think of that statement I think about how grateful I am to live in this amazing country. This country has so many images red, white and blue. From the skyline of New York City to the hills of tennessee the traditions in Chicago. The pride in Los Angeles. Cross Country to Washington D.C to the National Archives building. The building of tradition, pride, joy and most of all freedom. America’s Gift to my generation we take for granted all the opportunities we have.
effective president and leader for American people. Of course he also had his faults, but even his
Immediately, the following statement stuck out to me, “I promised you a president who is not isolated from the people, who feels your pain, and who shares your dreams and who draws his strength and his wisdom from you” (President
Trump’s first 100 days took a chief executive approach; busy, bold, and tons of hard work and dedication. Trump completed and has accomplished more in office in 100 days than any other President since FDR. Before he took office and swear oath, he said there will be major changes. He wanted to repeal and replace Obamacare, change some illegal immigration rights, and pursue tax overhaul. Some say his results are mixed, are they really? Has he been successful in his first 100 days? As a republican, I highly agree and support Trump during his 100 days in office. He got stuff done to fix the country like he said he would.
America’s gift to my generation is not just a physical gift, but a mental gift. The physical gift is the safer place to live and grow. This mental gift that America gave to my generation is a deep feeling that you can go around and be who you are, dress in what you want, say what you want, and basically do what you want without being restricted to doing one thing each and every day. America’s gift to my generation is the ability to grow, learn, and live life the way you want to without a limit. If you look at America compared to other countries it’s like a whole family, and America is the one that all the other siblings go to for help or a safe place. America might not always be safe but we can always count on all our amazing, brave souls
Through the ages, America has been a very influential country therefore a great president is needed in order to continue its legacy. The United States of America has had many great presidents that came and go. From the founding father, George Washington to the wise president, Barack Obama. Many of these presidents had good reasons as to why they want this challenging job, whether it was their true virtue of being a man or having the support of the whole nation. But this year, the nation faces a difficult decision which is whether or not Donald Trump is suitable to be the leader of America. However, my opinion states that he is not suitable for president because of the following reasons, he has a horrible personality, he is bad in business and
In the article, Trump stirs outrage after he lashes out at the Muslim parents of a dead U.S. soldier, by Jose A. DelReal and Anne Gearan, it summarizes that Donald Trump does not have what it is to be a president. Most of this has come from the fact that because his actions stirred commotions amongst the press and caused for people to think he does not have the qualities such as compassion to be president. Other people even went on to say that what he says is not even normal and worthy of saying that he has no redeemable qualities. As a result, from this event, a man named Khizr Khan talked back in opposition against Trump in his ideals about Muslims and immigrants. Afterwards, Trump gained an overwhelming amount of backlash from this and he
What make America great. All the soldiers that are risking their lives to fight for this country. All the people volunteering their time to help homeless. For all the people that make this country great.
A little over a week ago, January 20th, marked the 45th president’s inauguration. On this day, many people celebrated and in fact was in full support of HIM, Donald Trump. To some, his “accomplishments” have been successful and will indeed make America “Great Again.” For the rest, the saner, his controversial actions have disgusted not only the people of America, but the people of the world.
Mr. Favela is an inspiration for me to become someone like him. He is someone you would meet and be like oh my god this is such an inspiring, amazing, great and so many other words that I can’t even describe. I am inspired by Mr. Favela
Inspiration role model: A role model for me is someone who can just be them self without a visaed and accomplish there goals. So in contrast to this one person who inspires me on a personal level is Larry David the creator of Seinfeld and Curb your enthusiasm. Its his attitude and personality that inspires me the most; I think if someone so cynical, pessimistic, timid, offensive and eccentric as well as having a low self worth about themselves can achieve a net worth of 800miliion then maybe so can I. I feel that sometimes its peoples negatives/annoying traits that make them so appealing and niche, and if you can utilise those traits for you and make a fortune then you are truly a special person and that’s what I believe larry David has done.
There are some people in life, that inspire you, while others can make it more exciting. But, there are a few that can do both. Inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. The people you meet or see in life that can do both seem to influence your very own decisions. They produce unwavering emotions and never seem to concede. These people are the true exemplars of the aphorism, “You only live once.” These people know how to fight for their lives, or hold back their emotions for the greater good of others.
