Introduction In this digital era, the world has become one global village due to the technological advancement. Online media and platforms have facilitated networks in international business and global organizations. Twenty-four seven work schedules shifted by employees from various parts of the world are no longer a myth. With the support of modern technology, geographical boundaries are no longer barriers for global organizations. Yet, intercultural cooperation is the key to the success and effective functioning of multinational organizations. In order to successfully develop global business, an organization needs to connect various cultural communities together so that they can cooperate, which has always been one of the greatest challenges because of the cultural differences. As Hofstede mentioned in Cultures and organizations: software of the mind: intercultural cooperation and its importance for survival (2010), different cultural values often lead people to disagree rather than agree, which is harmful for human development. This is why intercultural cooperation is required for the survival of mankind. Misunderstanding and different cultural values can result in conflicts and difficulties in making decisions.
