Introduction In this digital era, the world has become one global village due to the technological advancement. Online media and platforms have facilitated networks in international business and global organizations. Twenty-four seven work schedules shifted by employees from various parts of the world are no longer a myth. With the support of modern technology, geographical boundaries are no longer barriers for global organizations. Yet, intercultural cooperation is the key to the success and effective functioning of multinational organizations.
