Oprah Gail Winfrey born January 29, 1954 is well-known for one the best talk shows called “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and is renowned for her supporting to charities and creating her own “Angels Network” aimed at inspiring people around the world to make differences in others lives for those who are less privileged. Indeed, both Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Wairimũ Ngaruiya Njambi are incredible leaders and they have led me to serve my community. They both also lead with integrity and are considered ethically inclined. Firstly, Dr. Njambi is a professor at the Honors College, who is strongly interested in social studies of science and technology, postcolonial studies, critical race and sexuality studies, and feminist theory. She is also an individual who leads her students in what she believes by demonstrating with ethics and the knowledge she pursues. Dr. Njambi, also knows how to communicate with her student in different ways, because she understands how to communicate with a diverse array of individuals, as a leader. Dr. Njambi is also dedicated to her role, and is happy what she does. She has a passion for Women’s Studies and she enjoys bringing her own “values and beliefs about how people should be treated, notions of what is right versus what is wrong, and ideas about what is just and fair” (Komives, Lucas and McMahon 2013, 252).
