Insanity, doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result. Evenings spent laying out school clothes for grandchildren quickly teaches us just how insane the current expectations for school dress can be each day. Individuals will face this problem on a daily basis, which can lead to a stressful task. Mandatory school uniforms can benefit each family member in numinous ways. Lifting financial burdens for parents and the constant peer comparison for children. It also allows students of differing backgrounds to be brought together to express themselves equally. One clearly can see that school uniforms should become mandatory in all public educational systems K-12. With this change, improving the overall experience for everyone involved. School uniforms would lift the burden of the cost for both parents and families. Students naturally compete with each other, clothing is one area that could be eliminated. The wearing of fashionable clothing to express self-worth, while others feel the need to wear extremely casual clothing to be their comfortable selves. For parents, the burden of costs normally becomes theirs as children have the need to wear certain types of brands of clothing to fit into the groups. With mandatory uniforms competing with each other over what clothing to wear each day would end. How many parents have trouble with children picking out their clothes for school each morning?
