Why Should You Be Chosen As A Staff Member

Being staff is very inportant to me. I love helping out on the server as much as I can. I would love to be staff because I can be on so much. I love to help people with whatever they need help with. I love managing the server and helping other people with their problems. I understand I just joined this server, and people may not think I know a lot of stuff, but I do. Right now I am staff on another server (Trial Mod, the rank before mod) and I love helping out on there. But just because I am staff on there, doesn't mean I can't be active on here. So what if I dont get accepted as staff, because I still am going to play on this server as much as possible and I will continue to help people and chip in on problems and situations.

I understand well that being a Staff means serious business so when a matter is at hand i will take care of it I'm an easy-going and laid back type of person who can get along with anyone overall I think I could create a better environment without as many hackers or toxic players as being staff I am also very active on the forums I have always wanted to apply for staff but I knew I was not mature enough yet but I finally am and I am more than willing to help this community in any way I can I know this sounds really cheesy But I really do love Maplecraft and I hate to see how the community has turned out So if i get accepted as helper i will be dedicating all of my time to the

Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.

If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

I would like to become a member of staff to overall help the CycloneNetwork mainly on the Skyblock servers.

1. Why do you want to be staff? -I believe I should be staff on this server because I've always wanted to. This is a really good server to start with because this is the most trusted and familiar server I play on. Also I have plenty of ideas I could bring to the server. Such as rank ideas and plugin ideas.

I am very familiar with all the commands that I would need to use whilst I was moderating on the servers on the network. I will be an active member of the community. I feel becoming a staff member would improve my activeness even more as I have a responsibility to do for the server. I want to keep the Faithful community clear and free of hackers that may join the server. I do not like the people that are racist and If I got staff I would make sure no one is being racist in chat. You can trust me with this role as I said before, I am a very trustworthy player and I would not abuse any power I would be given, for myself or for my friends. I would treat everybody the same, including friends and therefore give them the suitable punishment for whatever they did wrong. i want to be staff to help the players in need, i will always answer there questions as good as i can and i want no problems with the server and i want everyone to have a fun time on the server,and i want to help to make sure that there is no hacking,spamming,swearing or anything like that, i want to help this server to be clean as much as possible,and i would also like to be staff to help other staff with the work and i want to give an example for the people and staff for this server as it is my favorite.I also want to be staff to make sure that this server keeps going fair like it has been for a while,and i would love to share my ideas with the staff.Also being staff is hard work and that's my i really really really want to be helper,not to just help the players but also to help the community

Why should we accept you for staff? I think you should choose me because I want to be a part of the staff team because I LOVE helping people. I like doing that and I want to be on the team. I enjoyed doing my job as Moderator before on some other servers. And I had some of the best memories on that server. I do hope I can come back and enjoy that as much as I did on a few other servers I was staff on. Also, I would love to help the server. An extremely important attribute you must have as staff, is patience. This is something that I have mastered throughout playing HCF, observing staff, and even being staff myself. I have learned to cope with players, and help them with whatever is troubling them in-game. If I were to be accepted as staff, I could help the other staff with helping players in ts, or with reports.
