On November 28, 1582, in Worcester, in Canterbury Province, when William was 18, he married Anne Hathaway, who was 26. As it turns out, Anne was pregnant with their first child, Susanna when they wed. She was born on May 26, 1583. Two years later twins Hamnet and judith were born.
