I thought that the "Witness for the Prosecution" was very interesting. At first, I thought it was kind of boring. It was just a normal trial, and nothing that I thought was interesting happened. However, as the story progressed on, I became more intrigued with the plot of the story and I tried to guess who the murderer was. When I discovered that Leonard Vole was being accused of killing Miss Emily French, I didn't really think that he would end up being the killer because I thought, "Why would they tell you who the murder was right away?" Every time there was evidence that pointed to Leonard, I thought that I might be him, but I wasn't completely convinced. From that point on, I suspected that every character was the killer. When it was discovered
The midnight sky is pitch black with only a slight gleam of light emanating from the moon. The night is so silent that even a pin drop could be heard from miles away. No one is stirring and the world has drifted off into a deep sleep. The night seems blissfully peaceful. But the silence is torn by the sound of rustling leaves in the distance. Two dark shadows emerge from the forest and gaze heavily at the sleeping house. The two figures slowly creep towards the house with devious thoughts racing through their minds. They begin to tear open the window screen and quietly crawl into the house. A flashlight pierces through the darkness and flutters through the rooms. The figures begin to rummage through the house and fill their hands with wealth.

Decide which witnesses could support the prosecution’s case and which witnesses would support the defense’s case. How does Search and Seizure relate to the B.I.G. case?
Sara, I have called a couple of times to discuss my conversation with KC's defense attorney, but you must be busy. Yesterday, Gabe called me wanting to know why I was not recommending SSODA and I explained to him all of the reasons that were laid out in the addendum. I further went on to say that while I agreed with him that he is in need of treatment, he would get treatment at JRA, if that is where he ends up. He adamantly disagreed with me and stated that KC would go without treatment at JRA, even on Parole. He attempted to put words in my mouth wanting me to confirm that I was not recommending SSODA because he would receive Tx at JRA instead, and I stopped him and said that I see how this conversation is going and I would not allow him to put me on trial. I reiterated that my reasoning for not recommending SSODA is in my eval
The reporting party (RP) stated she met with resident Brittany Armstrong DOB: 10/27/95. The resident questioned the RP regarding receiving unopened mail at he prior foster mother. The RP confirmed with Brittany she had the write to her mail. Brittany went on to disclose she purchased an "IPHONE" and on 3/11/16 arrived at the foster home to retrieve her belongings. According to the RP upon arriving at the foster home she discovered that her "IPHONE" was not there. Subsequently the resident asked her foster mother about the phone which prompted the foster mother to become angry and become aggressive pushing the resident against the closet numerous times resulting in a dent to the wall and a bruise to her back. Later the foster mother's son Ricky Barnes arrives in the room and also pushed her.
On October 13th, 1982, at approximately 1:15 a.m. the neighbors of Queenie Volupides had reported that Queenie tore out of the house after an argument with her husband, Arthur. She quickly got in her Mustang convertible and sped away. Queenie stated that she went to the couple’s country club for a party that was going on to celebrate the opening of the new golfing range. But I believe this was just the beginning of her scheme. I affirm that Queenie has murdered her husband Arthur. (Claim)
As a lawyer, when one asks me to describe the criminal process I tell them, “it is a truth-finding exercise”. Indeed, it is only by discovering the truth that the Australian criminal justice system is able to guarantee a fair trial and justice. However, it is harder to explain that the truth, at least in the legal arena, is not always ‘objective’. This was made evident by my nine-year old nephew during a heated episode of Law & Order. “Uncle, he’s definitely guilty”, she boldly proclaimed. Of course, she was pointing to the accused who had been convicted of perjury a decade ago. My feeble attempt at explaining that he was not necessarily lying just because his account was inconsistent with the ostensibly more credible police witnesses’ version proved futile.
A fire rose within to burn social economic barriers that imprisoned me from achieving an education. As a member of a low-income household, I continually witnessed my parents struggling to pay for utilities, rent, and groceries. Although we received government assistance, it never seemed to be enough. My father worked long hours at a dairy factory to provide for our family, but his addiction to alcohol took most of his income. My mother depended on government assistance due to her chronic asthma and arthritis. Not being able to rely on my parents for stability, my six older siblings were forced to drop out of high school to become providers of their own.
In the film “Witness For The Prosecution” directed by BIlly Wilder released in 1957, Wilder directs the movie in a manner that allows the public to be well-informed on the criminal justice system through several circumstances in the cinema. To begin with, a criminal justice issue that is present in the film is police corruption through bribery, which is present in the scene in the movie where the police officer accepts the cigar from Sir. Wilfred. Following that, is how the director questions the value of honesty in the courthouse when placed under oath, in which the defendant’s wife Christine commits perjury in front of the entire courtroom. Last of all, is the issue of having spouses testifying in a courtroom for their spousal-mate with intents of either prosecuting or defending their spouse, such as when Christine gives an alibi that
I think that the trial went good,i think that the defensive side had the most credible evidence. The defensive side won the case,i also think that the defensive side used or presented more evidence because they had more things to use against bill and sam and bill, sam,or the prosecutors didn't have enough evidence to prove that red chief was really the one who was doing the kidnapping.i think the verdict was fair because i think that the jury voted fairly, and based their votes or opinion on how they really felt or how they looked at the situation.
The role or part that I played in the mock trial was the Jury. As a Juror it was my job, along with 5 others, to carefully listen to both sides of the story and come up with a conclusion of who was guilty. I learned that even though when a jury says someone is innocent, they may not be. It was difficult at the end to determine if the defendant is guilty and not. I would’ve liked to be judge to see what it was like to direct the court and jury.

Over the summer, Mrs. Delgado provided me with a copy of the form required to begin processing my temporary certification, which I faxed to Broward County Public Schools fax number. The Witness Report I am going to discuss happened last Saturday at my church. One of my neighbor was asked to do some work at my church by one of the trustee. Mr. Evan has lived on my street for about 30 years. Every day, he stands on the corner of my block talking and selling things to anyone that he encounters. He cuts the grass for some of my neighbors and paint the windows when asked.
