My aim is to pursue a job in the quality improvement department. I realize that when I am in this position, I should ensure the institution is in compliance with the recommended quality standards of the accrediting bodies. This is a team effort that needs the participation of all the employees. Hence, I would encourage the teamwork of the staff to achieve this goal. I would provide the clear idea about the goals and the timeframe to meet it. I wanted to be able to hit a high level of detail and quality without spending to much time while doing so. This is where skill and my workflow is important. I wanted to focus on working smarter, not harder. A part of working smart and not hard is to think about how I can reuse assets or textures throughout the project. After I finished the first character, I tried to look for things that can be reused for the next character.

I will strive hard and put my best efforts to excel in my profession not only academically, but also at work or when I am providing services to patients. I will be productive and always take my responsibilities attentively. According to me, my pride in my profession starts at my institution (LIU). For example, if I notice one of my classmates posting offensive status on social media related to the profession or about LIU, I will take a step forward to explain him/her that their activity is against professionalism. I will be an active learner. I will dress professionally and on the day of my clinical rotation, I will ensure that I am dressed properly. I have wanted to work in the medical field since I was little girl, but just recently grew sure in what I specifically wanted to do. I have chosen to pursue a career in healthcare administration. I know that that there are a lot of preparations to do to get there, but I know that I can make it. My decision to attend Kaplan University is just one of many steps to take to achieve my goal. Kaplan is going to help me to earn the degree I need, but I am the only one in control of the personality traits and skills I need to obtain the position I seek. In this paper I will address all of these things including where I see myself in 5 years.

As a business owner it is always challenging to ask or to trust someone new to come into the company and have them help you. My mission is to make this transition as smooth as possible through my strong analytical and communications skills and genuinely taking pride in my work.

As stated in my personal statement, I was intuitively drawn to law as a system that requires a high level of logical and analytical skills, but my motive lies deeper in the belief that law as a powerful social factor can exert palpable impacts on the society. Throughout the course of my study, I have developed a strong interest in biotechnology and the health industry; it is my hope to pursue a legal education that will enable me to participate in and even bring changes to their regulatory systems.

In comparison with my competitors, I do not show any signs of immaturity or disobey any rules such as spam, harassment, or racism. What I do instead was point out and inform others of the rules, and notify them when they did break those rules, and how to correct them. Civil services always interested me as it's a very honourable way to serve the country. When I was in my home country, my late grandfather who had an administrative role in the police services told me stories about how he met great people while doing his job. His stories inspired me and my late uncle, who aspired to become an Administrative Officer, motivated me to serve my country for as long as I can remember.

Taking initiative in life can be the difference between being stagnant and being a dynamic and multifaceted individual. My personal mission in life has always been to take the initiative to put my goals into perspective and make the most of my education and experiences. Going back to college at the age of 36 is absolutely terrifying. Twelve years ago, I began my career in Human Resources and the journey has been amazing. Whether it is giving a job, saving a job, or resolving employee conflict, I get to help people every single day. I stay inspired by the people I work with, remain fascinated by human behavior, and am truly proud of my occupation; I know I have found my calling in life. Recently, I started to feel slightly stuck. I know I am ready to take the next step; I want to be HR Manager.

My overall undergraduate picture is not an accurate representation of my ability as a student, and my potential as an academic. While honestly, I lack some disciple during my time at northeastern, which resulted in a sharp contrast between my grades at Northern Essex Community College, The low point at NEU, and the redemption in my post graduate grades. This was the direct result of coming from a family with a substantially lower socioeconomic status, than that of my peers at northeastern; also, there was immaturity all of which had me more focus on fitting in with this new group of people, than handing my assignments in time. Often the difference between a B and C was missing a few papers, and the reason this did not resulted in several F grades, is the fact that I would usually perform extraordinarily well in the final exam, but this would not be enough to recover.

My professional background is pretty diverse. In my lifetime I have done quite a few things that has shaped my outlook on life and my educational goals. I intially worked in the laboratory as a cell biologist and then with polymerase chain reactions (PCR) to determine viral loads of HIV in in patients. Later, while working in that same lab, I was able to test the efficacy of different PCR machines and run different tests before they were released on the market. I have had the advantage of working with one of the primer doctors in the field in adenoviruses and developing a streamlined assay to detect the virus, working with APoE mice and doing animal husbandry. “Take time before time takes you.” Is my motto and motivation to live meaningfully every day. As a student, I have been making a great effort to live and learn every day. In my secondary school life, I had been taking up different posts at school actively, since I treasured and treated these opportunities as my stepping stones to eqip myself for the future.
