It was aimed at identifying the conceptions of Primary Care nurses about worker’s health. Study of analytical type and of qualitative approach performed with 25 nurses, through a semi-structured questionnaire. It was found that the concept of Worker’s Health was given in broad outlines, thus proving that there is deficiency in the conceptual field in this respect. Nevertheless, the importance of conditions that contribute to the satisfactory development of the work has been mentioned, in order to avoid the worker’s illness, by emphasizing conceptions corroborating the change of the health care model, with a gaze targeted to promote health and prevent worker’s illness. I would also recommend them to different resource that would assist them as they work to overcome setbacks in life. I would work closely with client to evaluate their supportive systems ensuring they are in line with their everyday needs. A good plan of action would be put in place after the client have been evaluated according to his or her disorder for helping with assistance or coordinating certain services that are put in place for a client needs. I would also provide emotional support to foster a good working relationship in order for my client to feel comfortable when discussing their problems

The size of the sample consisted of 42 nurses. The nurses were chosen from various management levels. Interviews were conducted on 11 staff nurses, 12 charge nurses, 10 head nurses, and 9 supervisors. There were 33 females and 9 males in the study.
