When one works in Electrex, he or she will encounter different types of people during their management career. Every employee is different in their own way but what makes them different is their personality. Personality of a person is a combination of feelings, opinions, attitudes, behaviours and activities which when it is combined together, it makes that person special. Working in a big company like Electrex is never easy because of the heavy workload that ones have to handle. In this situation, some employee might be having stress and this will lead to decreases of output. High expectation in multinational company like Electrex would highly lead to stress. Employees who are weak in this personality trait will be less concerned with helping others by ignoring what is happening with the firms and always giving excuses to not involve in anything. Next, the adjustment personality dimensions are similarly related to emotional stability such as self-discipline, calmness, stress-free and willing to praise others. Whereas employees that are unemotional stable will be aggressive, anxious, out of control and self-doubting. Moreover, the conscientiousness personality dimensions are related to accomplishment or achievement. This trait is a range between being responsible and dependable or being irresponsible and undependable. Employees with this trait are willing to work hard and sacrifice the extra time and effort into accomplishing the job to achieve success. Last but not least is the openness to experience. This traits includes both being open to new experiences like new surrounding of workplace, new foods or being in another country and open to new ideas. New employees must be willing to try new things and be open-minded especially when they are working in a company like Electrex. II. Stress There are two types of stress; the positive and the negative. Positive stress is given when the manager knew that their employees are the lazy type or the one that are not willing to do the job.
