Joseph, the essay clearly states what the research intends to accomplish. Further, it gives good foundational information on what workplace bullying means and demonstrates that it affects both males and females.

The claims that are made in the essay about the types of bullying are supported by scholarly evidence. Add to this, you do a good job highlighting the different types of bullying that may exist in organizations. This is a big call out as many people may not even be aware

It is easy to conceptualize some level of bullying will exist in organizations as long as people come together from differing points of views. There will always be some level of competition as that is a human trait. Like all human traits, if unchecked, they can spiral out of control and cause bad situations, thus creating a need for organizations such as the Workplace Bullying Institute.
Depth
The essay brings up some interesting ideas and facts about workplace bullying and shows evidence to support your ideas.
Breadth
Joseph, the essay does demonstrate breath. It is interesting that you see workplace bullying a factor that business have to consider when hiring people. Could this idea stem from the work environments that you have been exposed to? I have to say, as a person in management that hires people all the time, I never really put thought into the role that I should play to prevent workplace bullying from happening in my company. I am not even aware if this is an issue at my company. You have given me food for thought.
Logic
The essay flowed in a logical manner. Every section demonstrated a clear and relevant link.

The research appears to be fair in the approach as it will be done through a questionnaire. There appears to be a large enough group to gather information. However, is the group diverse enough as the questionnaire is only being administered to one organization?

Bullying which is the intentional act to inflict harm, threaten or abuse of others, can range in many ways. Kathryn Hawkins on the article the Office Bully, outlines various issues of this concept. Kathryn states that sometimes people become overconfidence that they left bullies in their past lives maybe high school, but later found out the bullies have ultimately become their bosses. Secondly, bullying may occur when bullies wants to dominate and gain back their powers if they feel endangered. So they tend to overcome their fear by threatening others. Also Kathryn articulates that even the conditions of the workplace can cause bullies to abuse their targets and workplace bully can be difficult to deal with. Although Kathryn has suggested some solutions about these issues, the claim presented does not put up with the issues, rather an encouragement.

Bullying in the work place is a never a comfortable thing, especially for the victims. Nurses spend over half of their day at work, which is more than what they spend with their family. The conclusion kind of made sense, but it did not readdress the question posed at the beginning of the study to remind the reader of what is being studied or researched. The author shared points to ponder on how to address the issue of bullying in the workplace, increasing education of the nurse managers on how to diffuse bullying, and establishing a work environment that has very low tolerance for the undesirable behaviors.
