I would like to submit my resignation effective immediately due to severe uncivil behavior of Ms. Philicia Penny, field supervisor. In addition, I have received a call from Mr. Ross Higgins, Manager, immediate after the incident, and through which he has shown his utmost discriminating behavior. I would also like to submit a report on the incident with an expectation that proper investigation will be taken care, which is described as below: After my overnight duty (00;00 to 08:00) at the City Hall, site # 001297, St. John’s, NL, I have called our manager, Mr. Ross Higgins at 8:00 AM to know who would be relieving me as there was no name in the schedule. In reply, he mentioned, “Philicia Penny would be relieving you.” However, it is to be mentioned that this kind conversation between me and Mr. Higgins was not something new. Penny came in, she handed over me the telephone number of CSOC, and asked me not to call to Mr. Higgins in future for any such inquiry. I asked her what to do if I failed to get proper answer. I also mentioned that I would feel comfortable to contact my immediate superior. She mentioned that she was my immediate superior, and if I would call her she would ask me to call CSOC. In addition, she mentioned that if I failed obey her or Mr. Higgins, and made any attempt to leave the site, I would be fired. After eight months of hard and sincere work with Securitas without any complain, such kind of harsh reply was totally unexpected to me. So, I asked her not to threat me to fire. In response, surprisingly she behaved in a very aggressive way, and jumping from her chair she came very close to me (within a foot) and by pointing her finger to the door, she mentioned me in a harsh tone, “You leave now.” As I mentioned her, “Do you want to assault me physically?” In reply, she mentioned, “No, you are showing disrespectful behavior. So you leave now.” I left the site without saying anything

Social interaction? Many individuals have probably heard that term before at least once in their lifetime. Social interaction is really important for researchers and sociologist to seek the important factors of physical health of individuals. I recently went on a observation assignment to a nearby creamery called Baskin Robbins were a variety of individuals and families tend to appear on a warm day. This would be rather the perfect spot in my mind to seek the behavior of individuals and how they seem to interact around other individuals around them.

The television show I decided to observe was the Office. The two characters I decided to discuss was Pam and Oscar. Oscar Martinez worked in the office as an accountant. He was considered one of the smartest people among the workers. To be specific, during season seven, episode ten, Oscar made a mistake with some facts he thought he knew about China. When Michael, the manager of the department, proved him wrong, everyone was shocked. He would be considered the information giver of the office because everyone would go to Oscar when they needed to know important facts or information about the company and other topics. Pam Beesley had the task role in the office as a recorder since she was the receptionist. A recorder is defined as a person who

As a customer or patient in healthcare, I am loyal to my organization. The word loyal means that you go to the organization and support it 100%. You only go to that individual healthcare provider for business the office provides for your exigency. I had an involvement at a dental office as an employee. The patient came in the office to receive a standard dental cleaning. She had been a patient for over seven years. She didn’t have the money to pay for her servicing on that day, so she stated she would mail a check into the office. She was a long term great patient so the dentist venerated her request to send a check in the mail. The patient mailed her a check, but post-dated the check without letting the office know that she sent a post-dated
Previous to the activity, I was there before the children to help prepare the classroom for the day and get my activity ready. I sealed shut three, one gallon zip lock bags filled with three different colored paints including: purple, red and green. Before choice time I taped them down and set out the cards with the children's names and pictures. There were nine children in the classroom today and had six children participate. It was a big turn out and each child stayed between five and ten minutes each. The children who participated included: Jocelynn, Romeo, Luk, Brody, Emily, and Mckenna.
