In Webster’s terms ‘nirvana’ means freedom from pain, suffering and the external world and that’s pretty close to my definition of Punk Rock.” Not just punk rock, but all music is a gateway to many things for people, but can it be better than medication when it comes to healing mental and physical conditions? This is not a field for every musician however, only educated students who are board certified should practice music therapy for the safety for the patients.
