For this assignment I was asked to make two sample sequence with images from Week 4 Assignment 2. I like sequence two the best, because it displays more of what's going on during the concert, for example, face painter with a client and a juggler in action. Sequence one is more of an introduction, that's why the opening image is an overall view of the crowd, the second image is of the band sound check, the third is the announcer, and then the band opening and so on.. I chose the closing images, because it is a final image that sums up the evening. I want the audience to interpret from the sequences that they got to experience the event themselves, from start to end.

The goal of communications is to make ethics a live, ongoing conversation. The Legislative Branch has the job of creating bills, which are later given back and forth to the House of Representatives and the Senate, then hopefully to the president to become a law. When I studied bills that were in session by representatives, I found that most of the bills created never became laws. This happens often because community representatives and senators have difficulties agreeing on bills. I also noticed that Representatives were not frequent at creating bills based on the issues they cover. For instance, the Representative for the 63133 District of Missouri, Lacy Clay, sponsored the H.R.3683 bill, which was only introduced and was last altered November 20, 2015. The H.R.3683 focuses on getting programs that exemplify the
When one or more persons contract with a woman to gestate a child than relinquish that child after birth to the person or couple is known as surrogacy. It is a course of action that goes outside of natural reproduction. For some, it is the only method of having children, extending family. Surrogacy has been stirring up many controversies over the years. Ethics, morals, laws, religious views, etc. have played a major role in the issues that follow the topic of surrogacy. Laws and regulations pertaining to surrogacy vary from state to state. Some states have no enforceable laws
In my current position, as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, I work for a large pulmonary office where my main focus is to take care of patient’s needs by teaching them about their pulmonary disease and helping them improve their breathing. One way that we achieve this goal is by enrolling them in Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Our hypothesis is that through education and exercise; patients improve daily routines, feel better about themselves and function more independently. The null hypothesis would be that Pulmonary Rehabilitation does not help patients improve daily routines, feel better or function more independently. The alternative hypothesis is that Pulmonary Rehabilitation will improve daily routines, help the patients to feel better, and function more independently.
For many care recipients the gender of the care workers is important, particularly for sensitive situations. Determine and document if the care recipient has any preferences, concerns or expectations regarding care provided by someone of a different gender.
According to the chapter 12 PowerPoint, “The structure of a program depends on it’s environment”. For the physical layout the sleeping arrangement is one thing I would change. According to the chapter 12 PowerPoint “The sleeping area should be away from the play area”. The cots were all in the play area, next to the bookshelves full of toys. I think if the cots were separate the toddlers would have a better time falling asleep and be distracted by the toys. The big room they play in, allows for physical development because there is this wide-open space where the kids can move around and play with any toys they want. One thing I would change about this, is that there are tents in the big room and the teachers never get them out because they said they’re a pain to get out and put back. This just showed me that the teacher decided to do what was more convenient for her.
I registered to take SEPS 405 summer 2015, but I had to drop it. I was having problems with finding a intern. job. My assigned director was Sharon Davis due to a glitch in the system but it should have been you. Sharon would have taken 195 hours and I would have to work 15 hours a week until the semester was over. Would this still be okay? I wanted to know, so I can present this to possible jobs. I will be registering to take it summer 2016. Hopefully you are still the correct person to speak with in regards to this matter. If not, can you please point me in the right direction.
Prior to the issuance of §280A in 1976, taxpayers were permitted to deduct reasonable expenses related to the use of a home office under §162(a) as long as the test of being appropriate and helpful was satisfied. The new rule imposed exceptions to the original requirements which resulted in the deduction under many circumstances to be disallowed. One of the exceptions covered under §280A(c)(1)(a) requires that the space is the principal place of business.
The provider had an authorization on file approving the dental services advising that they were medically necessary. But when the provider billed, they only advised the services were dental and not medical. Therefore causing the claim to deny. Also, provider didn’t reference their authorization number in box 63 of their claim form which would have voided the claim from denying. This claim will be sent back to be reprocessed. Please advise and ETA of 01/13.
Although it is very close, this combination of TV’s and refrigerators will not fit in the truck. Therefore, the statement is false.
However, need more time and the information in order to weigh all possible options and project eventual scenarios. Therefore, I will get back with the definite response by the end of this week, perhaps even tomorrow.
I completed the KABC administration along with the permission slip, videos, protocol and hand scoring. After completing this assignment, I was hand scoring the protocol while my videos uploaded on Youtube. Once I started reviewing and listening to them, I realized that you could hear me but not my participant.
Sonja is seriously injured in an auto accident. After six months, she is still unable to return to work. She has no income from her job, and the insurance premium payments are financially burdensome. In this case Sonja has an ordinary life insurance with the waiver-of-premium attached so after six months all premiums would be waived if Sonja is totally disabled. Under some policies, a retroactive refund of the premium paid during the first six months would be paid. (Rejda, George, McNamara, 2014).
