My position is that yes, the Plateau Indians made a bad decision when they refused the treaty by the United States, and that more of the Indians would have survived if they’d just moved on to the reservation like they were asked. We’ve wanted to go visit it ever since then, but it seems Loving Husband always has to work or we’ve just been lazy and never made it over there. Inspired by the History Channel’s Civil War week, we decided to finally make the trip across town for LH’s birthday on the 2nd. Inuit means “The Real People” (Santella 5). A group of Inuits traveled to the Americas from Asia, and they went towards the north pole. They eventually settled in the Arctic regions and began to thrive (7). They are widely dispersed throughout the Siberian, Alaskan, Canadian, and Greenland regions (6).
