Yanru Li is an emotional and sensitive person who like other people, but never trust them. As I interview Yanru in class last Friday, clarify to me several aspects of her personality. I asked her eleven questions and she answered them clearly and transparently. Her credibility in answering all my questions, was the point the led me to discover her personality. My questions divided into three parts personal, social and future. First of all, I stared with personal questions, because I want to have basic information about her way or thinking, and then go deeply on other parts of questions. My questions were all about people around her and her opinion about them. I noticed the closest person in her life is her mother. She is the only
For the intercultural interview, I decided to interview my friend Medelyn, a 19 year old female of Honduran and Mexican descent. During the interview, I focused on her Honduran culture, as she was born in Honduras, I asked her a multitude of various questions ranging from formalities in her culture to gender roles to classism in her culture.. The interview lasted about twenty minutes, I asked her about fifteen questions, and after she answered each question there would be a small discussion about her answer. When interviewing Medelyn, it was important to rid myself of any ethnocentrism, assumed cultural similarity or differences, stereotyping, and anything that could create a bias and compromise the interview.

A measure of financial performance calculated as operating cash flow minus capital expenditures. Free cash flow (FCF) represents the cash that a company is able to generate after laying out the money required to maintain or expand its asset base. Free cash flow is important because it allows a company to pursue opportunities that enhance shareholder value. Without cash, it's tough to develop new products, make acquisitions, pay dividends and reduce debt.
There are many components to a hospital or medical facility. All of them are necessary to have a properly functioning environment. The emergency department of a hospital is a fast paced world. You have to be constantly on your toes and prepared for whatever may come through the doors. There are many people that work in an emergency room to make it run smoothly. Techs, nurses, CNA’s, LVN’s, and doctors all work side by side to help those who are critically injured. Without all these people it would be complete chaos.
I chose to interview an FBLA advisor, Mr. Gilson, from Overton Public Schools. The high school that I grew up going to has an FFA program, but not FBLA. Overton Public Schools have FBLA, FCCLA, and they are in their first year of creating the FFA program as well. Since I didn’t grow up in a school with FBLA or FCCLA, I wasn’t really aware of what those programs were for.

When thinking in the terms of marriage and one’s partner, the words that come to my mind are compassion, love, tenderness, trust, and devotion. It’s truly amazing to see someone who has endured such tragedy in their life, who has suffered pain, fear, and betrayal by the hands of the one person who should have shown just the opposite. Little did I realize that the woman who would be my instructor for two college courses I had taken would be such an inspiration to me.

Aside from Shakespeare and Stevenson there are a plethora of authors who are as proficient or possibly more adept at portraying the theme of a book, play, or poem. One considerable example is Stephen King. He is an otherwise unusual author. King’s books seem to depict theme in a extraordinary way. His atrocious book IT has a rather nightmarish way of illustrating plot and theme. The book, though rather monstrous and horrifying, is a great read for young-adults. King does an exceptional job at representing duality in IT. The story follows the lives of seven children as they are tormented by a infernal entity that feeds off the fears and phobias of its victims to disguise itself while preying on little kids. The creature, or “It” predominantly appears in the form of a clown to draw its preferred prey of young children. All the while each member of the group has encountered the terrifying life forms manifestation in its various shape-shifting disguises; these include a malevolent clown for Richie, a headless boy for Ben, a fountain of blood for Beverly, a diseased and rotting man known as a Leper for Eddie, a creepy painting come to life for Stan, Mike's parents burning alive, and finally an apparition of Georgie for Bill.
The morning was crisp with the fresh smell of fall, it had to be the quietest morning I as an eleven year old ever woke up to, but not as quiet as last night when the incident happened. Mom was downstairs cooking breakfast, it smelt like eggs and bacon. Dad was sitting down at the breakfast bar waiting for me like he had something to say to me. That’s when I knew they were going to tell me what happened last night. As soon as I sat down, the talking started. “Jon, me and your father have to say something to you” said mom with a uneasy voice.
