Year Up Personal Statement

My first goal is to graduate and get certified as a medical assistant. To reach this goal I will attend every class, study hard, and pass every class so when I complete my externship I will be confident in my new career.

My personal goal for the upcoming year is to become more involved on campus and in the community. My freshman year I volunteered at the Royerton after school program and this made me realize how much I enjoy working with children and helping them in any way that I can.

The first thing I want to achieve is getting my drivers license. Driving is something that becomes very important in life. I will take driving classes and practice driving every week to help me achieve this goal. I plan on getting my drivers license sometime before summer next year.

When I graduate for high school I want to go to East Carolina University to become a doctor, because the school is home plus it is one of the best schools that have a medical program, and I can work with babies and young people. I also want to have a small family and get married. I would like to have two kids, one a girl, one a boy or twins. At the moment it is only the beginning of my high school year and I am already a peer leader, part of the SOS, in student council as Student Rep, and President of the National Honor Society. I also imagine myself achieving high honor roll in one of the marking period. Also achieving a higher SAT score.

My goals are to give back into the community. I’m going to strive to make it better. I will focus on good health. Your self assessment is missing a review of your team’s performance compared to the goals set out. It is also missing the level of professionalism I expect from all members of my team. I want to earn my master’s degree in criminal justice in order to make myself a better police officer and to allow me to further serve my community by teaching others that want to serve in the criminal justice profession.
