Yearbook has become a huge chunk of my time every single day at school. I attend yearbook meetings and camps, create all types of lists and spreadsheets, organize and assign everything to staff members, but every single task is worth it. Thanks to all of my hard work and dedication, I climbed my way up from staffer to the most successful job of chief editor. When considering the brainstorming session, we are able to understand the prior knowledge about the lesson that the students have and based on this, the teacher is able to assess them accordingly. However, the limitation of this assessment is that not all students would answer the questions posed at them during this session thereby causing an inconvenience to the teacher as she/he is not able to assess them. Another issue that may crop up is the reluctance to share the chocolate among the peers, causing minor fights.

My junior and senior year of high school I was an editor of the yearbook staff. I played the role of creating our layouts for the pages. With a yearbook not every page can look the same because after a while it gets boring to look at. I have to look and see how many different ways I can adjust certain parts of the spread.
