Young Adults ( Ages 15-17 )

At the age of 18 you should be considered an adult because, you are old enough to make decisions for yourself. You no longer have a curfew, which means you are responsible of making sure you are home at a decent hour. You will be expected to act like an adult, especially in the work field. People will start to look at you for promotions and higher paying jobs. You are now legal and the laws start to change for you, these laws make you more responsible as an adult and not just a minor. You have to be more cautious of what you are doing and think about how it’s affecting the law and the people

Furthermore, an appropriate adult must be 18 years and above. An appropriate adult ought to be

When a person turn 18 in most states they are considered adults under law and have most of the same rights and responsibilities as all other American adults. Their new rights include being able to vote, gamble, buy cigarettes, acquire guns, sign contracts, view adult material, get married, make a will, make their own medical choices and much more. With these newly acquired rights comes the burden of additional responsibilities and consequences.

If 18 is considered the age of adulthood, then a person at the age of 18 should be permitted to enjoy the rights and responsibilities that becoming an adult entails, including

Agreements with parents : Share any dietary requirements , agree to any sleep pattern , parent to be encouraged to develop their own departure routine .

Remember being sixteen and the only thing we could possibly do with the rest of our lives was wait to turn eighteen? On our eighteenth birthday we found a renewed sense of the word maturity as we were now able to walk into gas stations or grocery stores to buy lottery tickets or a pack of cigarettes. At this point in our lives we were able to attain a full driver 's license, no more permit or be in by 9 rules! But, there is still that "Under 21" label above or right next to your name, even though you gain a lot of responsibilities and rights at 18, your driver 's license is an indication and reminder to how “youthful” you still are. By age eighteen we are able to enlist (Enlisting) and die for our country. Everyone knows how heroic that is, however, “at eighteen years old you have nearly every burden and privilege as adults...except the right to drink alcohol” (Lynn)

When I was young I was told 18 would be the age when I would become an adult. When I turned 18 I could get a tattoo or piercing without permission, I could buy cigarettes, and I did not need permission for most everything. Most everything except drinking alcohol. In the United States the drinking age is 21 years old, 4 years after a teenager legally turns into an adult.

I was intrigued to know that the facility is generally open to all ages. The population ranges from boys and girls from the ages of six

underage people can and will get alcohol if they want it, there is always someone out there

The rules say a Pediatric Level I or II is for patients under the age of 18. Does this create a problem for us? I don’t see anything that would prohibit us for treating someone younger, like a 17 year old.
