Everyone knows about the stroll offs, roll calls, and step shows when an African American Greek sorority or fraternity is the topic. But is that all African American Greeks do is step and stroll? Believe it or not the image of African American Greeks has been tainted and miscued by their entertaining performances. Better known as the Divine Nine, the African American Greeks their hand signs and colors. The Divine Nine is a brotherhood and sisterhood organizations that are called to help the community and give back. These organizations also give women a chance to make a difference. After all, each and every one of the Dive Nine was founded because differences.

After a long discussion about this project, we finally made our decision to hold an event for them.

A Zeta is a woman who is community conscious and action oriented, and as such, someone who is continuously thinking of innovative ways to better the community around her. As a finer woman of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., I believe that I uphold these ideals. Ever since I was a young girl with no knowledge of what Zeta was, I have always possessed this insatiable need to help others. This need to help those around me only intensified as I went through my journey of life. When I learned about our amazing sorority, I not only, became instantly drawn to our founding principles, but also realized the opportunity to serve and reach out to others I would gain through the organization.

In this regard, we will highly appreciate any amount extended from your good office to support our yearly activity.

If we do attend this champion ship our band will be known by more people, which could really help our reputation. I also want to attribute to this goal by helping with fundraising ideas and by preparing my

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of my interest in becoming a member of the Nu Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. Since her entry into Chi Omega and the Valdosta State University Greek life community in 2013 Cassidy Hall has been the perfect example of what a member of the Greek community should be. From community service, sisterhood, scholarship, and social interactions, Cassidy has always gone above and beyond the expectations people set for her.
