To begin the organization will be called as Zeus Core, we will utilize five step process to outline the company.
The first is job design which, will be the groundwork for our company. We shall split each section of the company up into parts, production, marketing, research and development, finance, and human resources. Each separate part will maintain a prescribed aspect of the business, and we may expand this in the future as needed, but this will be the basis of the company.
Next, the departmentalization of the organization will be a combination of two processes already know in the corporate world. We shall use of a form of function and location departmentalization, meaning that we will have an international marketing team and a national
For instance, within the customer service center there is a separation from billing, to customer service. In addition, engineering and other behind the scenes departments like human resources function separately as well. The organization is seen as divisional based on the separation from geographic areas. One other important aspect is the Kansas Gas services is a part of the Union, and the other divisions do not have union represented employees. In order to make the organization a more cohesive unit it set out a strategic plan to Become One. Becoming One for the organization was to find a way for the divisions to share their best practices and become a solid unit, to Become One.
Managers, from both organizations, are brought into a self-motivated environment where each of them will be paired together, along with the employees of each department to collaborate their best ideas and experiences to implement them into the new organization; which help to produce new departmental formulations and organizational designs. The newly created designs are analyzed for feasibility, cost analysis, and implementation options (Carbonell, 2009).
a. The product or service, and general staffing plan. Provide a rationale for your plan.
The organizational design has been put in place by the owner. The owner has put the utilized the departmentalization by geographic region. As the district manager, I will be in charge of hiring and monitoring the store managers. These store managers with have complete authority in their stores. As the district manager I will guide the manager into the direction that I would like for them to go. If a store manager does things that should not be done by a store manager, I will be required to disciple the store manager. I would urge the store managers to have mechanistic organizations in the business. Mechanistic organizations are characterized by the high use of rules and procedures, a greater number of levels in the organization, and formal relationships between workers. I would create more of an organic
Proposal In order for this branch to once again be a leader in the advertising world, I propose the following plan. Meetings: 1. Weekly A. The CEO will hold weekly staff meetings with department managers. It is imperative that the CEO keeps all

Modify the organizational structure to facilitate collaboration among the company's various regional and local offices and central office; and
The organization currently employs 130 employees in a departmentalized system. Each department is supervised by a department director who is
Structure is the basis through which an organization seeks to create control the direction of an organization. This is completed through clear definitions of the allocation of work, differentiation, and the coordination of having those responsibilities working together towards the efforts of the organization, integration (Bolman & Deal, 1993, pp). Through these methods, the organization is able to devise a division of labor that collaborates to bring about the missions and goals of an organization. The structure that comes about from this can be varied in their rigidness and flexibility it allows, and to an extent this is a great contribution to its success.
An example of product departmentalization would be a large multiproduct organization like a pharmaceutical distributor.
Restructure the departments based upon the needs of the new organizational structure and the company goals.
As seen from figure 2, the matrix organisational structure is complex and aligns functional and divisional organisational structures merged into a hierarchical structure. The student observes that with this comes the potential to on the one hand, improve interdepartmental collaboration through avoiding silo-functioning and yet, on the other hand, blur the unity of command structure in an organisation that can be counterproductive. A critical analysis of two major advantages and disadvantages of this organisational structure here

Departments in businesses all partake in important roles, departments such as human resources, accounting and finance, production amongst others remain vital to the company so it can work progressively. However, there are key departments which are desired more than others.
I chose functional departmentalization due to it being a new company, and there being a need to set up a set structure. This way we could organize people into different departments such as: Marketing, Production, Packaging, Customer Service, and Accounting. By doing it this way we need to make sure that people aren’t just doing what's right for their function, but doing what's right for the company as a whole. Based on there being five areas of focus, I would hire a manager for each area. The fives areas I would have a manager in place is in, Marketing, Production, Packaging, Customer Service, and Accounting. I would also have a sixth manager that would oversee all of the areas and other managers as well as attending to customers and employee’s needs. After I hired the employee’s. I would have them all trained with a centralized model. I chose centralized because, I feel like it would be less stressful on the new hire to be trained with one person instead of having a few show them what to do. By being in a more centralized environment there would be the head of the company showing what needs to be done in the business which makes everything easier to follow in the start of a business. Once the business gets going we could then look into having some areas where there would be decentralized so that the lower end managers could also make decisions. In order to make sales increase and employees happier I would
