Self esteem is defined as how we feel about ourselves.The way that one feels about them self can be positive resulting in high self esteem, or negative resulting in low self esteem. Self esteem evolves throughout a person's life based on their experiences and relationships. The way that one is treated by those closest to them can be a huge factor in determining their level of self esteem. Abuse, excessive criticism, neglect, and lack of support or love can all contribute to a person having low self esteem. Body image, a person's perception of his or her physical appearance, is another factor in self esteem. Those who feel unsatisfied with their physical appearance tend to have low self esteem.

Learning is best for students whenever their teacher applies emotion, gives them the requisite support and challenges them. It is through such process that students gain in-depth learning and thus discover their values, abilities, passions as well as responsibilities in learning situations that provide adventure. In most school lessons, students undertake tasks that require them to use their creativity, self-discipline and craftsmanship. It is thus the work of the teacher to assist the students discover their hidden abilities and overcome their fears in applying their knowledge to classroom and job problems through in-depth teaching practice.
There are many part-time courses offered at different institutions. A part-time study is when attending afternoon or evening lectures. It has same credit each semester compared to full time students. Many people prefer part-time courses because they have more time to be more active in other area. For example, they can start new jobs or they can attend other classes that have relevant to their future jobs and some of them have partners, children and mortgages to take care. They find it out that part-time study is the best choice whereby they holding down their jobs while studying to obtain qualification.
With the developing of the society technology, more and more competition occurs in the society. So people are facing with increasing competitive pressure In order to get more money and a better life, they work harder. From the finding, under the circumstance that there is less pressure on academy, all the students prefer taking the part-time job to gain more social experience and work experience, in order to get a better job in the future, of course, different countries have different situations.
