The business looks at the community and evaluates the needs of the individuals who live in the community. Many individuals have children in the community, and the economy is not in a terrific place. Children’s Stop Resale Shop has gathered different items from friends and family members to have products in the store on the opening day. Future items will be purchased or donated by local individuals in the community. The owners will sell the items to the public at a price low enough to be affordable to the community yet high enough to support the business. Purchasing quality items only will allow the community to know they are purchasing product that will last and look amazing on their children. The community can contact the owners and set up an appointment to bring in merchandise they are looking to sell to the shop. The shop owners will purchase items they believe will sell and will donate any leftover items to local foster families and shelters. This is another amazing way
The Commerce Clause in Article 1, Section 8 states that Congress has the power to regulate interstate commerce itself as well as the power to regulate local commerce if that local commerce has a substantial economic effect on interstate commerce. When Congress regulates an intrastate activity, there is a test that is used by the Supreme Court that determines whether Congress actually has the right to regulate this intrastate activity with some sort of economic effect. The Commerce Clause test is one that also goes on to explain that it is not just about one instance where if there is a substantial economic effect on interstate commerce, but as a whole having a substantial economic effect. Also, if the activity does deal with interstate commerce that has an economic effect, then Congress has the ability to regulate wages and any other instance of activity which includes all workers even if the workers do not produce the commerce. Section 1001 of the PSA states Congress’ intention to “establish a nationwide program to protect the public from the adverse effects of tainted and contaminated pharmaceutical products.” Section 5001 of the PSA establishes licensing and pharmaceutical production education requirements for “individuals employed by any pharmaceutical producer” and sets maximum hours such individuals can work. One could then argue that the Supreme Court is allowed to say that Section 5001 of the PSA is within Congress’ power to set maximum hours and make people
The Constitution was designed to enforce the regulation of power between the three branches of government. Though there were many clauses stating the powers of the branches of government, it was often unclear of the original intent they were meant to serve. One of these blurred clauses is stated in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the constitution.

Outfits were easy, casual, and comfortable. I saw vintage t-shirts on some of the men with the names of rock bands (new and old) or local restaurants, which would indicate the influence of music on the men’s choices of shirts and the influence of local businesses. The women or moms mostly were wearing casual, modest, and appropriate tops with shorts or jeans that may have been purchased somewhere like Target, Wal-Mart, or TJMaxx. Mass production of separates and ready-to-wear clothes for women was made possible in the 1880s and still remains a great way to add variety to a wardrobe (Frings, 2008). The sons, young boys, or teens were wearing plain t-shirts or something with SpongeBob, a superhero, or a children’s television show character on it. The older folks over age 60 were wearing items that did not seem new and probably have been in their wardrobe for years. Some wore simple styles, such as a plain cotton tee or a button down shirt with plain bottoms indicating that perhaps they are limited with their income, not keen on keeping up with fashion, or have been influenced by classic effortless
The futuristic looks of 60s clothing were revived, as were the neon colors of the 80s, and the “hippie” style of the 70s (Korsnes n.p.). The fashion of the decade got many elements from previous styles, and many old trends were redesigned and made popular again. Thus, a lot of vintage clothing styles became very popular in this era. Because of globalization, designers based their items on various styles from around the world, causing the fashion of the 2000s to be more diverse, and become a mix and match of different styles. This increase in the variety of the styles made it easier to express one’s identity through fashion (Rindfuss

The new trade theory began to emerge in the 1970s when a number of economists pointed out that the ability of firms to attain economies of scale might have important implications for international trade (Wickramasekera, Cronk & Hill 2013). This theory is based on two major concepts that are economies of scale and first-mover advantage. To elaborate:
The condition of Australian fashion retailers have been under-serviced and underwhelmed when it comes to fashion choice, especially in affordable variety (Wells 2013). There are only numerous fashion labels are available to dress 23 million people. In addition, the price cannot be compared to international brands’; the volumes produced by big international retailers like Zara and H&M are to service global market, unlike Sportsgirl or Country Road who produce much smaller volumes.
Mercantilism was a sixteenth-century economic philosophy that maintained that a country's wealth was measured by its holdings of gold and silver (Mahoney, Trigg, Griffin, & Pustay, 1998). This recquired the countries to maximise the difference between its exports and imports by promoting exports and discouraging imports. The logic was transparent to sixteenth-century policy makers-if foreigners buy more goods from you than you buy from them, then the foreigners have to pay you the difference in gold and silver, enabling you to amass more treasure. With the treasure acquired the realm could build greater armies and navies and hence expand the nation’s global influence.
International trade is defined as trade between two or more partners from different countries in the exchange of goods and services. In order to understand International trade, we need to first know and understand what trade is, which is the buying and selling of products between different countries. International Trade simply is globalization of the world and enables countries to obtain products and services from other countries effortlessly and expediently.
As a result of minimizing the amount of buying consumer goods, the clothing style will vary from person to person. Occasionally a group will find clothing, furniture, and accessories, but it’s most common for people to attend flea markets, ‘freemeets’, or browse a website [www. freecycle.org] where users post unwanted items. The clothing could be in good condition or tattered and worn; it’s all dependant on the person and what is available.
