Making informed decisions in the legal aspect of business management is critical in a social media outlet. The management team takes into consideration its legal counsel and legal analysis in risk taking and opportunities that may arise. A legally astute marketing manager considers the legal advice and its actions and uses this to ultimately make decisions (Bagley, 2013). It is the responsibility of the legally astute manager to make and accept responsibilities for decisions based on information gathered from all stakeholders.
