Unemployment among Malaysian graduates has been getting much attention. A study conducted by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers __(1)__ 2010 found certain reasons to be the cause of this problem. Firstly, these graduates __(2)__ poor language skills. They are often hampered __(3)__ their poor communication skills in English and they should work on improving their command of the language.
