Henry Guy Carleton (1856–1910)

Carleton, Henry Guy. An American journalist and dramatist; born in Fort Union, NM, June 21, 1856; died in 1910. He pursued journalism in New Orleans and New York City and wrote several plays including: ‘Memnon, a Tragedy’; ‘Victor Durand’; ‘The Pembertons’; ‘A Gilded Fool’; ‘The Butterflies’; ‘Jack’s Honeymoon.’
