Thomas Evans (Telynog) (1840–1865)

Evans, Thomas or Telynog. A Welsh poet; born at Cardigan, 1840; died on April 29, 1865. He was a coalminer at twelve, and famous for a poem, on ‘Humility’ at sixteen. His ‘Poems’ appeared in 1866.
