James Octavius Fagan (b. 1859)

Fagan, James Octavius. An American railroad signalman and author; born at Inverness, Scotland, in 1859. He wrote: ‘Confessions of a Railroad Signalman’ (1908); ‘Labor and the Railroads’ (1909); ‘Autobiography of an Individualist’ (1912).
