Henry Tudor Farmer (1782–1828)

Farmer, Henry Tudor. An American poet, born in England in 1782; died in Charleston, SC, Jan. 1828. While very young he emigrated to Charleston, SC, where he continued to reside until his death. He published a small volume of poems entitled ‘Imagination, the Maniac’s Dream, and Other Poems’ (1819), and an ‘Essay on Taste.’
