Percy Hetherington Fitzgerald (1834–1925)

Fitzgerald, Percy Hetherington. An Irish novelist and biographical essayist; born in Fane Valley, Louth, Ireland, 1834; died in 1925. He wrote: ‘The Romance of the English Stage’ (1874); ‘Lives of the Sheridans’ (1887); and of novels, ‘Never Forgotten,’ ‘Diana Gay,’ ‘Bella Donna,’ ‘Dear Girl’; besides a number of volumes dealing with the British theatre.
