Eliza Lee Cabot Follen (1787–1860)
Follen, Eliza Lee (Cabot). An American prose-writer and poet; born in Boston, Aug. 15, 1787; died in Brookline, MA, Jan. 26, 1860. She was the wife of Charles T. C. Pollen, whose memoir she wrote (1842). Her other works are: ‘Poems’ (1839); ‘Twilight Stories’ (1858); and ‘Home Dramas’ (1859).
