Julian Hawthorne (1846–1934)

Hawthorne, Julian. An American novelist and journalist, son of Nathaniel; born in Boston, June 22, 1846; died in 1934. His novels are: ‘Idolatry,’ ‘Fortune’s Pool,’ ‘Sinfire,’ ‘Beatrix Randolph,’ and ‘Garth.’ As a journalist he traveled widely. (See Critical and Biographical Introduction).
