Gábor Naphegyi (1824–1884)

Naphegyi, Gábor. An American-Hungarian miscellaneous writer; born in Budapest in 1824; died in 1884. He became a naturalized American citizen in 1868. Among his works are: ‘Among the Arabs’ (1868); ‘An Album of Language’ (1869); ‘Ghardia; or Ninety Days in the Desert’ (1871); ‘The Grand Review of the Dead,’ poems.
