Roswell Park (1807–1869)

Park, Roswell. An American miscellaneous writer; born in Lebanon, CT, 1807; died in Chicago, 1869. He published: ‘Selections of Juvenile and Miscellaneous Poems’ (1836); ‘Sketch of the History of West Point’ (1840); ‘Pantology, or Systematic Survey of Human Knowledge’ (1841); and ‘Jerusalem, and Other Poems’ (1857).
