Jérôme Pichon (1812–1896)

Pichon, Jérôme Frédéric, Baron (pē-shô‘). A French writer on historical subjects; born at Paris, Dec. 3, 1812; died in 1896. Among his works are: ‘The Apparition of Jehan de Meun; or, The Dream of the Prior of Salon’ (1845); ‘The Count d’Hoym, his Library and his Collections’ (2 vols., 1880).
