Tautphœus, Baroness von (tout’fē-ös). An Irish novelist; born (Jemima Montgomery) at Seaview, Oct. 23, 1807; died at Munich, Nov. 12, 1893. She wrote the popular novels ‘Quits,’ ‘At Odds,’ ‘The Initials.’
