McCullough [“Myrtle Reed”]. An American author; born in Chicago, Sept. 27, 1874; died in Chicago, Aug. 17, 1911. Among her published works are: ‘Love Letters of a Musician’ (1899); ‘Lavender and Old Lace’ (1902); ‘The Master’s Violin’ (1904); ‘A Spinner in the Sun’ (1906); ‘Old Rose and Silver’ (1909).
