The sampling method used is stratified sampling. In stratified sampling, population is divided into homogeneous strata and then randomly sample from within each stratum.

Here in the question, The population 25000 is homogeneously divided into 15000 general account holders, 5000 community-care account holders, 2500 premium account holders and 2500 enterprise account holders. Then the analyst randomly sample 500 customers. So it is an example of stratified sampling.
