A chef at a local diner wishes to increase the amounts of ingredients shown below to make a proportional recipe for the lunch menu. The new, scaled recipe has 9 cups of black beans. Use this information for problem 6-7

6. Write a proportion that gives the number of x tomatoes in the new recipe.
