A solid metal sphere has a radius of 3.84 cm and a mass of 1.765 kg. What is the density of the metal in g/cm3?

here, mass of metal sphere = 1.765 kg

1 kg = 1000 g


mass of metal sphere (g) = 1.765 kg x (1000 g/1 kg) = 1765 g

Also volume of sphere = (4/3) (pi) (radius^3)

given radius of sphere = 3.84 cm


volume of metal sphere = (4/3) (3.14) (3.84^3)
