China and India are two of the strongest countries in the world. China is a communist country, whereas India is the largest democratic nation in the world. The way of operating the business in both of these countries would be quite different, and also the rules and regulations would differ.
China is a stronger nation than India in terms of manufacturing and physical infrastructure. The manufacturing capability in China is multiple times more than in India, and India is better at providing IT solutions and software development services. Based on the specialized services, which both countries offer, it would be beneficial to start the business in China, which is manufacturing-driven, because the cost of manufacturing would be much less.
The efficiency would be much higher. In India, doing business related to IT would be beneficial because it would be of high quality, and India as a country specializes in providing IT solutions and business related to it.
India, as a country, is trying to improve its ease of doing business ranking. It is trying to reduce the hassle and the businesses' problems, while China being a communist country, has slightly more stringent rules and regulations. While doing business, China would have more rules, and India would have a more bureaucratic approach.
