Introduction-

 Goods refer to any physical quantity which can be touched whereas the services are any action performed by an individual to provide the appropriate output. Nike, Puma, Samsung are some companies manufacturing goods. Goods refer as the tangible process.

Goods can be manufactured, sold, transported, stored, whereas those activities cannot be performed with services. Doctors, when checking their patient, is the best example of services. Services are an intangible process.

Step 2

The airline based difference between Goods and Services are as follows;

  • Ownership

When you buy any goods, then it is yours whereas this is not possible with the services.

Example:

When you buy a mobile, then mobile is yours. But if you buy tickets for an airline or book a room in a hotel, then that hotel and airline are not yours.

Step 3
  • Intangibility

As discussed in the above lines Goods are tangible whereas the services are intangible. We can touch, smell the goods, whereas this is not possible with the services.
