Question

Not sure how to proceed, I know that the tangent plane of f(x, y, z) is partialf/wrt(x) (x-a)+partialf/wrt(y) (y-b) + partialf/wrt(z) (z-c) = 0 will give you a tangent plane but I am not sure if this needs implicit differentiation or if you just need to move everything over to the left so that it is =0 then take the partials and go. Help please?
