A lever is generally a rigid object used to make it easier to move.  There are three classes of levers, which are all present in the body.

Lever can also be defined as a bar that turns on unmoving point called the fulcrum. When a push or pull is applied to one end of the bar, it is called the applied force. Due to the applied force, the object that is lifted on the other end is called the load.

  2. Input Force (Effort): The force applied to the lever
  3. Output Force (Load): The force applied by the lever to move the load
