The magnitude of the torque about his shoulder if he holds his arm straight out to his side, parallel to the floor is τ= 31 N⋅m. But, I can't seem to find what is the magnitude of the torque about his shoulder if he holds his arm straight, but 30 ∘ below horizontal? Please include clear details. Thank you!
