I am currently using Molecular imprinted polymer(MIP) to extract oleic acid from Palm Fatty Acid Distillate(PFAD) using Solid Phase Extraction(SPE) method and Batch heating method but both methods fail to extract. In the SPE method, the PFAD mixed with MIP turned into solid as soon I put it into catridge In Batch heating method, the PFAD mixed with MIP also turned into solid when I put it into the syringe+syringe filter. Is there any possible way to make solid PFAD into liquid PFAD at room temperature? the melting point of PFAD is around 50-53
