Down's syndrome is a genetic disorder where trisomy is observed in chromosome 21 and the affected person has many such symptoms. It is due to abnormal cell division and the chromosomes do not separate properly during the cell division. The affected person has short neck, mouth wide open, small head and ears as characteristic signs, they also suffer from mental and social developmental delays and cognitive impairment in small scale. The patient might be slow in learning things and with lesser concentration.
