During exercise, the heart rate increases, this cause a shortening of diastole and systole of the heart. However, sinus rhythm remains maintained in normal heart. During exercise, many change in ECG occurs which includes the decrease of RR interval, P wave amplitude changes, R wave peak increase, QRS complex shortens, peaked T wave occur etc.
