It seems that as stars expand and collapse, certain elements like are formed. I am wondering if this is how all - ALL - elements are formed. So for example, Hydrogen atoms are fused to form Helium and Helium atoms fuse to form Carbon. I am wondering if this is how all elements are ultimately formed? Thanks!
